Once you have your first product, you’ll want to grow and expand your team. You’ll need to find people who are interested in your product and will be excited to help you grow. Be sure to research potential hires. What are their backgrounds? What are their expertise? What are the areas that they need to grow in? Start by finding people who are interested in your product, excited about the opportunity of working with you, and who are available when you are.
